What is the average ship time?

All orders are printed on demand in the USA. That means your item is created specifically for you. Please allow 5-14 business days for your order to arrive.

Can I get free shipping?

Absolutely! Shipping is free when you spend $100 and there is no code necessary.

Do you have social media?

Yes! Our instagram is @worthythelabel, tag us in your pictures to be featured!

Can I be an affiliate?

We are always looking for new affiliates to partner with! Please email alex@worthythelabel.com with your instagram handle, full name, and little but about you. Use the subject line "WTL Affiliate Application."

Are all sales final?

Yes. Please be sure to order your correct item or size. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email (clothing@worthythelabel.com) and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email the order was made with, and
  • Your request

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us and include

and most importantly

  • A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Our policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item for manufacturer defects. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
